1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tg77ph ("tg77ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tg77ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at tg77ph.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the tg77ph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on tg77ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by tg77ph.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tg77ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tg77ph Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

tg77ph takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. tg77ph may report such instances to the relevant Philippine authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on tg77ph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active tg77ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tg77ph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. tg77ph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Verification

tg77ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg77ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

tg77ph strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

All activity conducted through your tg77ph account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified tg77ph of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

tg77ph accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash — the primary e-wallet payment method for tg77ph
• PayMaya (Maya) — accepted for deposits and withdrawals
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — bank transfer deposits
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — bank transfer deposits
• Metrobank — bank transfer deposits
• Other payment methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tg77ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your tg77ph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their tg77ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your tg77ph account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

tg77ph processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals promptly, with most transactions completing within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. tg77ph shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

tg77ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at tg77ph are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the tg77ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg77ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tg77ph Platform — including but not limited to the tg77ph brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of tg77ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tg77ph Platform without the prior written consent of tg77ph.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg77ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

tg77ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg77ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

tg77ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tg77ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to Terms

tg77ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, tg77ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the tg77ph Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

15 Termination of Account

You may close your tg77ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

tg77ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• tg77ph suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account
• You fail to complete required identity verification
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure
• You request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, tg77ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and tg77ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting tg77ph's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
